Your author for the treatment of IBS, fructose, lactose and sorbitol intolerance

In 2006, John was diagnosed with IBS after a violent infection with rotaviruses. His doctor just read about lactose intolerance and considered it to be the trigger for his symptoms. Only after further testing, he found out that he suffered from a sorbitol intolerance. However, despite his abandonment of the well-known fruit varieties that contain sorbitol, his abdominal discomforts prevailed. The reason for that was the consumption of sorbitol-containing foods, which were still unknown. For that reason, he decided to act himself. Since then, he deals extensively with the known research on IBS and practical solutions that help patients regain their quality of life. He holds a Master of Science in Innovation Development and Data Analysis and won the »innovate.healthcare« innovation challenge.
